Job summary

Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital seeks a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A) to provide group and individual therapy in inpatient psychiatric services. You will develop treatment plans with the care team, apply CBT, and contribute to discharge planning while maintaining patient confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and licensure; at least 2 years in healthcare, with inpatient experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or a related field.
• Licenses: LPC, LMSW, LMFT or LMFT-A Required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience; inpatient psychiatric experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual therapy.
• Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Apply Cognitive Behavioral Theory and methods.
• Contribute to discharge planning.
