Zusammenfassung

VA White River Junction Healthcare System in Vermont is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for inpatient mental health. You will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support recovery-oriented practices in a high-demand unit.

Qualifikationen

English language proficiency required by policy.
Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved and accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
State license as registered nurse; temporary appointment possible upon bridge program completion.
Foreign nursing education must be validated for equivalence when applicable.

Aufgaben

Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care in inpatient mental health.
Administer medications and procedures per policy; monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement the plan of care.
Lead and participate in shift reports, hand-offs, and patient education.
Apply trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care within the MH unit.
Ensure safety, documentation, and compliance with ANA Standards of Practice.
