Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing education from an approved program (ACEN/CCNE accreditation).
• Foreign education accepted with proper degree equivalency validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to inpatient mental health patients.
• Lead shift reports and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
• Administer medications per policy and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate care and educate patients.
• Model ANA standards and promote veteran-centered care.
• Support improvement activities and document care plans.
