Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Mental Health Worker (Per Diem) at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital in Boston. You will support a multidisciplinary team, perform direct patient care, monitor patients, coordinate group activities, and help maintain a safe unit environment under RN supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a psychology degree or mental health credential and at least 2 years of inpatient psychiatric experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology preferred or Mental Health degree.
• 2+ years inpatient psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and monitoring under RN supervision.
• Assist in milieu group activities and ensure safety.
• Document observations and coordinate with nursing staff.
