Job summary

Harris House Foundation Inc in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a part-time Program Monitor to join the inpatient treatment team. You will provide medication administration under nursing supervision and offer supportive daily care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to center the client in their care.

The role requires weekend and evening availability, with shifts including Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Monday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
MO Level 1 Medication Certification preferred.
Computer skills to access email, internet, and document in the client’s medical record.
Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
CPR certification and first aid training.
Prior experience with direct care preferred.

Responsibilities

Medication management, distribution, and documentation.
Complete client admissions and discharges by following procedures, administering urine drug screens, and documenting in EMR.
Frequently check in with clients to ensure safety and adherence to program guidelines.
Report client behavioral changes and concerns to the clinical team.
