Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview uninsured/under-insured patients to determine Medicaid eligibility.
• Assist patients in hospital rooms with Medicaid/Financial Assistance applications.
• Communicate benefits and required documents to patients to ensure timely submissions.
• Oversee signatures on State forms and obtain needed documentation from patients.
