Job summary

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and document care; administer medications and monitor responses.
• Provide prompt, personalized patient care and educate patients and families.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers about condition, treatment, medications and follow‑up measures.
