Job summary

Intermountain Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado, invites an experienced Pharmacist Supervisor to lead our inpatient and infusion center pharmacy team. This leadership role focuses on safe, high-quality patient care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across inpatient services.

You will oversee medication distribution, sterile compounding, automated dispensing systems (Omnicell), inventory and controlled substances, while driving regulatory compliance and staff

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or PharmD/Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure to practice in a state Intermountain Health operates or eligibility to obtain license on hire.
• Strong communication, people management, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises pharmacy caregivers and ensures efficient and effective operations in the focus area.
• Leads caregiver engagement and professional development for the team.
• Establishes quality measures and KPIs to improve pharmacy operations and patient care.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines, policies, safety and infection control standards.
• Collaborates with leaders to optimize operational and clinical outcomes.
