Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a senior leader to oversee Home Infusion Pharmacy and on-site pharmacy services in South Jordan, UT. You will guide a large team providing home IV infusions, enteral/parenteral therapies, and specialty infusions while aligning with Intermountain Health’s mission and values.

This role emphasizes leadership, fiscal accountability, regulatory compliance, and adoption of innovative technologies to improve safety, patient experience, and operations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• State license to practice pharmacy in Utah and ability to dispense controlled substances.
• Completion of a pharmacy residency or equivalent leadership experience in pharmacy operations.
• Effective communication, people management, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret and use data for clinical, financial and operational decisions.
• BLS certification within 90 days where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Home Infusion Pharmacy services and on-site pharmacy operations in South Jordan, UT.
• Define and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and manage budgets and fiscal performance of the department.
• Implement clinical and operational initiatives and technology enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable pharmacy laws and standards.
