Adventist Health Lompoc is seeking a Multi-Site Director for Diagnostic Imaging, Inpatient to lead imaging across locations. You will provide vision, staffing direction, budgeting, and compliance oversight while guiding clinical operations and technology use in radiology services.

The role requires a strong background in diagnostic imaging, executive leadership, and collaboration with physicians, patients, and hospital leadership to deliver safe, high-quality imaging care.

Qualifications

• Seven years' diagnostic imaging experience.
• Five years' leadership experience.
• Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• Modality-based advanced certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Standardize processes across the network and supervise imaging staff.
• Lead strategic planning and budgeting for imaging services.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient safety across sites.
• Oversee imaging IT systems and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve care.
