Geisinger is seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse in Scranton. Eligible candidates can receive a hiring incentive up to $23,500. The role starts at $40.55/hour, with increases for experience and up to $7/hour shift differentials for evening, night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state credentials.
• Inpatient/ICU experience preferred.
• Evening/night/weekend shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process per facility policy.
• Perform assessments, treatments, medications and diagnostic studies as ordered.
• Develop and revise care plans with patient education and family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
• Support quality and safety initiatives and participate in ongoing training.
