Qualifications

• Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician in Ohio.
• Certification by PTCB (CPHT) or certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed pharmacists in providing medications and patient care.
• Prepare, dispense, and label medications; maintain accurate patient records.
• Order, receive, and stock pharmacy medications; manage inventory.
• Perform IV compounding in accordance with policies and standards.
• Operate under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration

PTCB CPHT certification or certification within 12 months
