Job summary

University Behavioral Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is seeking an Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper for its Orlando, FL campus.

The role covers cleaning and maintaining a clean, aseptic hospital environment across patient care and non-patient areas. You will perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting tasks, with opportunities for wall/window cleaning and deep-cleaning projects while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely use cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining safe work practices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and accurately document completed assignments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned areas of the facility, including residential units, common areas, and non-patient spaces.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting; assist with wall washing, window cleaning, and light fixture cleaning as needed.
• Work under minimal supervision performing standardized tasks and report unsafe conditions to management.
