Job summary

University Behavioral Center, part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is seeking an Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper in Orlando, FL.

You will maintain a clean and aseptic environment across patient care and non-patient areas, ensuring safe and efficient operations on a 14-acre campus with 112 licensed beds. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to safely use cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend and climb for long periods.
• Background checks: Level 2 background screening and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned areas of the facility: sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting.
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks as needed (wall/window washing, fixtures, upholstery).
• Maintain aseptic environment and professional demeanor around patients and staff.
• Report unsafe conditions and ensure supplies/equipment are available.
