Job summary

Stillwater Hospice in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Inpatient RN for 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday with weekend rotations and overnight hours. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive nursing care to terminally ill patients at the Hospice Home facility, coordinating care plans and ensuring comfort.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Indiana RN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold current Indiana RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for assigned terminally ill patients.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and document care outcomes.
• Deliver nursing care, including pain and symptom management and patient teaching.
