We’re partnering exclusively with a highly respected, nonprofit hospice provider to hire an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for their Inpatient General Inpatient (GIP) Care Center in Pasadena, MD. This is a full-time night shift position, offering a consistent 3-day schedule, rotating weekends, and minimal holiday requirements.

• Consistent schedule: 3x 12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7:30 AM) with weekend rotation (every 3rd weekend)

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care per hospice plan (medications, comfort measures, nutrition, etc.)
• Assess and monitor clinical changes, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and caregivers and document understanding of care plans
• Assist in discharge planning and field team support as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Current Maryland RN license (or compact license)
• 2+ years of nursing experience in med/surg or home health
• Hospice, end-of-life, or critical care experience strongly preferred
• Hospice certification (CHP) a plus
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Competitive hourly rate: $41–$49/hour based on experience
