OhioHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to support inpatient care in our GMC Surgical APPs team. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians to care for acutely ill patients and may involve invasive procedures as part of the physician's practice.

The ideal candidate holds current Ohio PA or APRN licensure and national certification (NCCPA for PAs or ANCC/AANP/AACN for APRNs) and demonstrates commitment to safety, quality, and high reliability in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must have current PA license to practice in Ohio with NCCPA certification.
• Or current Ohio APRN license with national APRN certifications (ANCC/AANP/AACN).

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with physicians in hospital inpatient settings to deliver care.
• Perform services authorized by supervising physician and adhere to delineation of privileges.
• Maintain SA/SCA with a physician and follow state regulations and hospital policy.
• Support quality, safety, and efficiency initiatives as part of a High Reliability Organization.
