Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/APRN) to join the inpatient team in Mansfield. You will work with physicians to care for acutely ill and chronically ill patients, with potential for invasive procedures, plus outpatient coverage.

The role requires active Ohio PA or APRN licensure, NCCPA certification, and applicable state nursing licenses. You’ll operate within physician supervision and hospital safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Physician Assistant License to practice in Ohio.
• Must maintain licensure with the State Medical Board of Ohio.
• Must hold and maintain NCCPA certification.
• Must hold and maintain an APRN license in Ohio.
• Must hold and maintain certification from ANCC, AANP or AACN.

Responsibilities

• Works in hospital-based inpatient setting caring for acute, chronically ill, or injured patients.
• May perform various invasive procedures; covers outpatient clinic as needed.
• Collaborates with physician; adheres to SA/SCA and privileges; focuses on safety, quality and efficiency.
