Join a small, collaborative inpatient team and contribute to Age-Friendly 4Ms care. You will teach medical students, residents, and fellows, collaborate with other specialties, and participate in the Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP). The role does not require overnight call.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in geriatrics required.
• Experience providing inpatient geriatric consults.
• Teaching opportunities with students and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient geriatric consults 5 days per week.
• Focus on complex care coordination and medical management.
