MaineHealth's Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Geriatrician to provide inpatient consultative care to hospitalized older adults. You will join a small, collaborative team of physicians and APPs focused on Age-Friendly 4Ms care in a Level 1 trauma center.

The role emphasizes complex care coordination, teaching opportunities with students and residents, and participation in hospital-wide quality and improvement initiatives such as the HELP program.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in geriatrics.
• Provide inpatient geriatric consults 5 days per week.
• Teach at bedside and in didactic sessions.

Responsabilités
