MaineHealth's Division of Geriatrics in Southern Maine seeks a Board-Certified Geriatrician to provide inpatient consultative care to hospitalized older adults at Maine Medical Center.

Join a small team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs focused on Age-Friendly 4Ms care, with opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows; no overnight call; a Total Rewards package accompanies a base salary of $250,000.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified geriatrician required.
• Inpatient consults 5 days per week.
• Collaborative inpatient team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient geriatric consults for hospitalized older adults.
• Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Collaborate with other specialties to promote Age-Friendly Care.
• Participate in Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP) initiatives.
