Job summary

OhioHealth seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) including PA/NP roles to work in collaboration with physicians in the hospital-based inpatient setting, caring for acutely and chronically ill patients. Invasive procedures may be performed as needed.

The role requires a Master’s in Nursing, active RN license, and AANP certification with a supervising physician agreement. Day shift; 40 hours per week in General Surgery Berger.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with state nurse practitioner/licensure.
• AANP certification and RN license required.
• BLS certification; supervisor/collaborating physician agreements (SA/SCA) needed.

Responsibilities

• Work under physician supervision in hospital inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with physician to provide care for acute and chronically ill patients.
• Uphold safety, quality, and efficiency in clinical duties.
• Adhere to SA/SCA and delineation of privileges.
