Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Bastrop is seeking an experienced Therapist/Social Worker to join our dedicated team. This position involves conducting therapy groups, completing assessments, and performing crisis intervention to ensure quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in a related field, possess active Louisiana licensure, and have strong clinical documentation skills. We offer a supportive environment with a focus on enhancing employee talent and patient outcomes.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health discipline.
• Active Louisiana licensure in PLPC, LPC, CSW, LMSW, or LCSW.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct therapy groups according to the daily program schedule.
• Complete assessments and assist with treatment plans.
• Perform crisis intervention and communicate with outside agencies.
