PsychPlus is seeking compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Springfield, MO. The role emphasizes performing H&P examinations and medical clearances for psychiatric inpatients, with PMHNP oversight for psychiatric care.

We offer a full-time W-2 or 1099 arrangement, a 7-on/7-off schedule, and competitive compensation up to $170,000 per year based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Family medicine or Inpatient medicine (preferred).
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Active Missouri (MO) license and DEA.
• FNP or PA-C certification, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• FNPs will perform History & Physical examinations and medical clearances for psychiatric inpatients.
• PA-Cs will perform History & Physical examinations and medical clearances for psychiatric inpatients.
