Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Mishawaka, IN. The role requires conducting H&Ps and medical clearances for psychiatric inpatients, with PMHNP oversight for FNPs.

Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $180,000 annually and is based on experience. Full-time W-2 or 1099 options are available, with 7-On/7-Off scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana license and DEA
• FNP or PA-C certification, as applicable
• 1 year of experience in Family medicine or inpatient medicine (preferred)
• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Perform History & Physical (H&P) examinations and medical clearances for psychiatric inpatients.
• Inpatient behavioral health team support under PMHNP supervision for FNPs and PA-Cs
