PsychPlus is seeking compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Springfield, MO. The role emphasizes performing H&P examinations and medical clearances for psychiatric inpatients, with PMHNP oversight for psychiatric care.

We offer a full-time W-2 or 1099 arrangement, a 7-on/7-off schedule, and competitive compensation up to $170,000 per year based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Family medicine or Inpatient medicine (preferred).
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Active Missouri (MO) license and DEA.
• FNP or PA-C certification, as applicable.

• FNPs will perform History & Physical (H&P) examinations and medical clearances for psychiatric inpatients. Psychiatric care will be managed by the PMHNP.
• PA-Cs will perform H&P examinations and medical clearances for psychiatric inpatients.

Compensation

• Up to $170,000 annually
• Compensation is based on experience.
