You will manage a large team, collaborate with clinical leaders, and monitor compliance with budgets and performance metrics while prioritizing staff education and patient outcomes.

Formación

• Requires RN licensure and leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience directing multiple units with accountability for budget and policies.
