Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Texas.
• BSN preferred.
• Advanced Specialty Courses (ASC) according to Attachment A
• National Certification in specialty must be attempted within 4 years of hire date and maintained thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patient population, service line or clinic department.
• Plan and deliver effective patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain current competence in skills and nursing practice according to service line requirements.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by supervisor or hospital administration.
