Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Dietitian to promote health and wellness through personalized nutrition plans in an inpatient rehab setting. You will assess patients, develop and implement dietary plans, and educate on healthy eating and post-discharge diets within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential and state licensure required.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Food & Nutrition from an accredited program.
• Clinical dietetics experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Counsel patients per physician orders and diet instruction.
• Coordinate with physicians and other care disciplines in patient care.
• Evaluate referral orders to determine adequacy of nutrition intake methods.
• Document information in the medical record per standards.
• Implement nutrition care plans and adapt menus for dietary needs.
• Conduct calorie counts and provide recommendations.
• Review menus for nutritional adequacy.
