Job summary

Sodexo is hiring an entry level Registered Dietitian for a full time inpatient role at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City, Michigan. This position offers up to 50% remote work, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth through Sodexo’s Career Ladder.

You’ll deliver evidence-based nutrition care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support nutrition education for patients and staff in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Master’s degree with ACEND-aligned supervised practice.
RD eligibility and registration within 120 days of hire.
State licensure/certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

Deliver nutrition care using the Nutrition Care Process for individualized, evidence-based care.
Act as a nutrition resource across interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Provide nutrition counseling and training to patients, staff, students, and foodservice teams.
Maintain professional practices in line with regulatory, facility and Sodexo standards.
Participate in or lead performance improvement initiatives to improve outcomes.
