Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Inpatient RN to provide direct patient care across dialysis modalities in hospital settings. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and technicians to deliver kidney replacement therapies including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and Apheresis, ensuring patient safety and quality care.

The role requires travel between assigned hospitals, on-call rotations, and adherence to regulatory and policy standards.

Qualifications

One year RN experience and required nursing skills.
Minimum 6 months nephrology experience before working independently.
BLS CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
Demonstrates organizational and time management skills; ability to supervise others.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in multiple dialysis modalities (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, apheresis, ultrafiltration).
Supervise and direct Patient Care Technicians and clerical staff; educate ICU staff for CRRT.
Assess patient responses and adjust treatment plans with physicians.
Document treatment in patient records and hospital systems; communicate with care team.
