Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care in an inpatient acute dialysis unit, performing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation according to nursing standards.

Responsibilities include promoting patient- and family-centered care, supporting safety and regulatory compliance, developing and documenting individualized care plans, and communicating across care teams; qualifications include RN licensure with a nursing degree, BSN preferred with 2+ years hospital

Qualifications

• RN licensure with Nursing Diploma or Associate degree.
• BSN preferred with 2+ years hospital bedside RN experience.
• Dialysis experience is welcome but not required.
• Ability to work safely in a high-alert environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree with RN licensure.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of hospital bedside RN experience.
• Dialysis experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work safely in a high-alert environment and demonstrate alertness.
