Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct patient care for children on dialysis, coordinating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in line with nursing standards. You will educate families, promote safety and quality, and communicate with the care team to ensure comprehensive, culturally respectful care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of RN experience is preferred; no supervisor experience required
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient education skills

Responsibilities
