Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct care in an inpatient acute dialysis unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards while supporting patient and family education.

Responsibilities include administering renal therapies, documenting care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs with cultural sensitivity.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years hospital-based RN experience; dialysis experience preferred.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive environment.
