As a frontline clinical leader, you will partner with physicians and leadership to optimize patient flow, maintain regulatory standards, and mentor nursing staff while upholding professional practice.

Qualifikationen

• RN license required in Georgia.
• National certification in a clinical or leadership specialty within 2 years of hire.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care in an acute care environment and in the specialty.

• Lead shift operations and coordinate care to ensure safe patient flow.
• Facilitate huddles and interdisciplinary communication for problem-solving.
• Escalate issues to Nurse Manager or leadership as needed.
• Oversee audits, equipment checks, bed management, and patient throughput.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and real-time feedback to unit staff.
• Maintain accountability for patient safety, experience, and staff engagement.
