Job summary

Required RHIA/RHIT/CCS certification and 3–5 years of experience; familiarity with 3M360 and EPIC is preferred. This is a full-time Day shift position based in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of coding experience required.
• RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification required.
• Associate degree in health information management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees supervisory responsibilities for the Inpatient Coding staff for BJC Health/Saint Luke's.
• Provides coding education and training and ensures compliance with coding guidelines and policies.
