Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System is hiring a dedicated Inpatient Coding Supervisor. You will oversee the inpatient coding staff, providing ongoing education and ensuring strict adherence to coding guidelines and policies to maintain compliance.

RHIA/RHIT/CCS certification is required, with 3–5 years of inpatient coding experience and familiarity with 3M360 and EPIC preferred. This is a full-time daytime role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inpatient coding experience.
• RHIA, RHIT or CCS certification required.
• AHIMA certification preferred for continued education and governance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Inpatient Coding staff and manage daily operations.
• Provide coding education and training to staff and new hires.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and policies.
