Summary

Reviews medical record documentation to assign ICD‑10‑CM diagnoses and ICD‑10‑PCS procedures, as well as present‑on‑admission indicators, to accurately calculate the MS‑DRG and APR‑DRG for inpatient encounters. Ensures proper coding, billing, and compliance according to regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
