The Inpatient Coding Quality Auditor, under the supervision of the Inpatient Operations Manager, is responsible for daily record auditing. This role collaborates with the Manager to ensure data integrity, trains inpatient coding staff, and serves as a resource on coded data issues. The auditor also works with the Clinical Documentation Improvement team to ensure charts have consistent, clear documentation reflecting inpatient admissions.
