Job summary

Remolity, Inc. is seeking a remote Inpatient Coders for a project focused on enhancing inpatient clinical coding accuracy and data quality.

You’ll apply facility coding expertise to train AI systems, shaping how models learn and reason through real-world input. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation for accuracy, evaluating AI-generated notes against coding standards, and writing prompts that test AI handling of billing, insurance, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active coding certification such as CIC, CCS or CPC.
• Inpatient ICD-10-CM coding experience, including DRG, MCC/CC, and POA concepts.
• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and abstracting information from EMRs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex clinical documentation.
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week.
• US-based.

Contract & Payment Terms

• Compensation is task-based, meaning experts are paid per completed task that meets the project specifications. The average handling time (AHT) is approximately 1 hour per task, and the effective hourly rate will depend on the number of tasks completed and successfully signed off times the selected rate.
