Southridge Behavioral Hospital, a joint venture with Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, seeks an Inpatient Clinician/Clinical Social Worker to provide psychiatric case-management and therapy. Position Description

The Inpatient Clinician/Clinical Social Worker provides psychiatric case-management and therapeutic services to patients with diverse needs. This includes coordination of care between hospital and community; treatment and discharge planning, and therapeutic services and education.
