Job summary

StoneCrest Center Behavioral Health Hospital in Detroit is seeking a Clinical Therapist for full-time days. You will provide evidence-based individual and group therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan care for adults, adolescents and seniors.

This role requires a Master's in Social Work or related field, proper licensure, and experience in inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• Three or more years' related experience.
• State licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC) required.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessment of patient and develop an effective treatment plan.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for discharge planning and ongoing care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families.
• Lead patient education and support groups as requested.
• Manage a caseload with accurate documentation to meet accreditation standards.
