Job summary

StoneCrest Center Behavioral Health Hospital in Detroit seeks a Clinical Therapist to join our inpatient team on full-time day shifts. You will provide evidence-based group therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments and help develop treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.

This role requires a Master’s in Social Work or a related field, state licensure (LLMSW/LMSW/LLPC/LPC), and a minimum of three years’ inpatient or behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university required.
• Three or more years' related experience working with behavioral health populations required.
• Supervisory experience preferred if position supervises staff.
• State licensure: LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC; CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based group therapy.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments.
• Create, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a clinical caseload.
