Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical, psychology or social service related field.
• Four or more years as a licensed therapist with relevant population experience.
• Licensure allowing independent practice preferred; CPR and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and implements quality clinical programming and schedules.
• Supervises clinical staff and oversees case planning, care coordination, and documentation.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and discharge planning processes.
• Leads clinical services and treats populations through psychosocial assessments, groups, family therapies, and treatment plans.
