Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Dietitian to provide evidence-based inpatient clinical nutrition and lifestyle medicine services. You will complete nutrition assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide medical nutrition therapy for diverse acute and chronic conditions.

You will educate patients and families on therapeutic diets and lifestyle interventions, collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams, and document care in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Must hold RD/RDN credential.
• Inpatient nutrition experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutrition assessments for inpatients.
