Responsibilities
- Complete and document nutrition assessment.
- Assess and interpret nutrition-related lab values.
- Identify and document nutrition diagnosis.
- Identify and implement nutrition interventions and education.
- Monitor and evaluate nutrition outcomes.
- Communicate nutrition expertise with providers.
- Collaborate with dietitians and refer as needed.
- Support nutrition care across care continuum.
- Order writing privileges per policy.
