Dartmouth Health is seeking a licensed doctoral Psychologist to join our Department of Psychiatry at New Hampshire Hospital in Concord. The role emphasizes violence risk assessment within an inpatient setting and offers opportunities for comprehensive assessment, formulation, consultation, and education.

Join a multidisciplinary team, supervise psychology interns, contribute to teaching and quality improvement, and engage in research.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology is required.
• Experience in violence risk assessment and risk management.
• Ability to provide clinical consultation and education to treatment teams.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive psychological assessments including psychodiagnostic and risk assessments for inpatients.
• Develop integrated formulations and inform treatment and risk management decisions.
• Offer expert psychological consultation to multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and nurses.
• Conduct violence, sexual violence, suicide and other risk assessments as indicated.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to psychology interns and graduate students.
• Contribute to teaching and research activities within the Department of Psychiatry.
