• Interprets medication orders accurately and reviews prescriptions.
• Participates in medical emergencies and supports safety/quality initiatives.
• Collaborates with care teams on formulary and medication-use processes.
• Prepares, stores, and handles medications per best practices.
• Serves as a preceptor for students and mentors staff as assigned.
