Mass General Brigham seeks an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join Massachusetts General Hospital’s Internal Medicine and Surgery teams. You will participate in patient care rounds, provide medication therapy management, and support clinical programs to improve patient outcomes.

In this role you will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals, respond to emergencies, and contribute to policy development and education. A PharmD and MA licensure eligibility are required.

Formación

• Must be eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts.
• Board Certification by examination, or equivalent, preferred and required within 18 months of hire.
• Must complete 20 continuing education credits per year to maintain license.
• Extensive knowledge in IV Admixtures, Drug Information, Ambulatory, Manufacturing and Drug Distribution.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy practice and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in patient care rounds and make therapeutic recommendations.
• Respond to hospital emergencies and provide clinical interventions for admitted patients.
• Deliver medication therapy management and pharmaceutical care.
• Contribute to policy development, workflow optimization, and clinical program advancement.
• Precept pharmacy residents and students; engage in education and training.
