ChristianaCare is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Newark Campus team. The role is full-time (40 hours weekly, 8-hour shifts) with day/evening shifts and weekend/holiday requirements.

The pharmacist will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing direct patient care to trauma patients and supporting various hospital services. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency preferred or equivalent experience (3 years acute care).
• Current licensure (or eligible to reciprocate) in the State of Delaware.
• Board certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate in direct patient care through daily interdisciplinary rounds.
• Evaluate and manage specific medication therapies per approved policies.
• Review laboratory tests and monitor therapy outcomes per protocols.
• Document interventions and communicate recommendations to providers.
• Potential to serve as a preceptor for students and residents.
